Brian Lundrigan

CEO & Chief Pilot

Brian has over eighteen years’ experience in growing companies through the design and commercialization of new and unique technologies. He is an entrepreneurial minded team player, has led the development of multiple technology innovations, and has demonstrated committed performance across multiple industry sectors. Brian has co-authored whitepapers, multiple patents, and has been the lead negotiator on multiple international contracts. He holds a certificate in Aircraft Maintenance and has years of experience in the Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) sector. This RPAS experience includes regulatory, technical and operator knowledge, advanced piloting skills as well as knowledge of cutting edge sensor technology and service operations.


Brian also sits on a panel of 40 industry experts who make up the Canadian Drone Advisory Committee (CanaDAC); whose purpose is to  serve as a dedicated, strategic forum for RPAS, which will enable greater dialogue between Transport Canada (TC) and industry, ensure that TC is kept aware of emerging RPAS technology as well as their associated end-use cases, and enhance TC forward-thinking, long-term planning on RPAS in Canada.  

Ian Walker

Project & Business Development Manager / RPAS Pilot

Ian is a graduate from Memorial Universities Environmental Studies program with a minor in Science. Since graduation Ian has specialized in GIS, data collection, and climate change mitigation. After working in a variety of challenging environments from the offshore to the back-country, Ian accepted a key position with RPM and has proven his superior skills in Piloting, flight planning, systems management, data collection methodology and management processes. Ian brings a rarely seen work ethic and level of professionalism that far surpasses his age.   

Jill Chaulk

Operations Manager & GIS Specialist / RPAS Pilot

Jill completed a Bachelor Arts degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Geography at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland. In keeping with her love for learning, Jill furthered her education and completed the Advanced Post Diploma program, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), at College of the North Atlantic. Throughout the duration of these programs, Jill discovered her passion and drive for field work, data collection and processing, and GIS applications. 


Soon after graduation, Jill accepted a position with RPM Aerial Services and thrives in an environment where she is furthering her technical skills and having opportunities to apply her knowledge in the areas of flight planning, data collection and processing, and piloting. Jill prides herself in being a hard working, dedicated team member and a life long learner.

Beth Spencer

Data Processing Specialist

Beth is a graduate of Vancouver Island University with a post-graduate Advanced Diploma in GIS. She also has a Master of Science in Geography from Memorial University with a focus on wildlife management and two summers of fieldwork studying human-bear conflict in Alaska.  


Before returning to Newfoundland, Beth worked for a remote sensing company in British Columbia on their LiDAR team. She also brings a wealth of experience to RPM from her work on both of Canada’s coasts, where she’s worked as an administrator for the Government of BC, a project developer for an environmental not-for-profit and a program associate for a consulting company working for Indigenous communities in Atlantic Canada.


In her free time, Beth enjoys sailing, rock climbing, hiking, and camping in the back country. 


Judy Lundrigan

Finance, Administration & Safety Officer

Judy is energetic and friendly with an outgoing personality. She has over 15 years' experience in finance & administration and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Judy has experienced the life of an entrepreneur and is always willing to pull up her bootstraps and get it done!

BOARD MEMBERS

Andy Fisher

Andy brings over 30 years of technical problem solving experience to his role with RPM Aerial Services.  He has worked in a broad range of industries from oil and gas, to fishing technology and manufacturing.  He is a mechanical engineering faculty member at Memorial University and has had the opportunity to lead hundreds of applied R&D projects in support of industrial partners.  As a strategic thinker who has a passion for product and process development, he ensures that the company takes a holistic view to systems integration.  His extensive experience allows Andy to ensure that the company’s technology road-map is in alignment with the evolving demands of its clients.  

Larry Nolan

Larry has over 30 years of GIS and Data Management experience combined with education in cartography, physical geography, and computer science. He has been a leader in a team research environment for more than 30 years with the Geological Survey of Newfoundland and Labrador and Memorial University’s Earth Sciences Department. Organizing projects to collect and manage field data for geological mapping and supervising the design of tools for internet access of the Geological Survey’s Geoscience Atlas. He has organized annual national workshops which have focused on the delivery of Canadian geoscience information, geological data models, national standards for geological map interfaces and integrated management of distributed geological databases. 10 years as chairman of the Newfoundland and Labrador GIS technical committee and 10 years on the National Canadian Geoscience Knowledge Network Secretariat, representing all provinces and territories. Over the last several years his focus has been the introduction of UAV’s into field mapping and data collection activities utilizing fixed wing and multi-rotor aircraft for Coastal Erosion, Mine Management, Quarries, and Geo-Tourism projects. 

Randy Gillespie

Randy is a Geoscientist with 30+ years experience in satellite, airborne and marine remote sensing. As a Senior Research Scientist with NORDCO Limited Randy participated in pre-launch applications development in the area of ice and iceberg detection and mapping for RADARSAT-1. As Manager, Remote Sensing and Special Missions for Provincial Airlines Limited, he was responsible for all aspects of air survey business development, including conventional aerial photography and applications development for the Compact Airborne Spectrographic Imager. Randy is a past president of the Canadian Institute of Geomatics, and a Fellow of Geoscientists Canada.
